Through ceramics and painting, Kisu explores the emptiness and pain embedded in modern society while capturing the sublime nature of human existence that emerges despite them. Life persists through absence and fractures, and humans live with the infinite paradoxes of their inner selves.

The expressionless figures in my work embody the struggle to balance internal turmoil and external silence. They reflect the unfulfilled void and identity crisis within the repetition of daily life, intuitively revealing the depth of emotion. Kisu hopes viewers recognize themselves in these figures and contemplate the meaning of existence anew.
